1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InMagi.co, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please close this tab and go find a less awesome design studio.

2. Services
We provide AI‑driven visual concept design, consulting, and related services (“Services”). Details, scope, and fees are as outlined in our project proposal or invoice.

3. Client Obligations
You agree to:

• Provide accurate info and materials.

• Respond to our queries in a timely manner.

• Pay invoices per the agreed schedule.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Deliverables: Unless otherwise agreed, we grant you a non‑exclusive license to use final deliverables for the agreed purpose. We retain ownership of all underlying assets, source files, and that secret sauce.

• Your Materials: You retain ownership of materials you provide; you grant us a license to use them solely to perform the Services.

5. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt, unless we agreed on a different payment schedule in writing. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

• We promise to apply our creative genius and best efforts.

• No other warranties. All services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific business results (we’re designers, not fortune‑tellers).

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inmagico LLC’s liability is capped at the total fees you’ve paid us for the specific Services in question. In short: if we mess up, we’ll fix it; but we’re not paying your rent.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential info under wraps, unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice. You’ll pay for work completed up to termination. We’ll hand over deliverables once invoices are settled.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Wyoming], U.S.A., without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
